Is profit guaranteed?

No. No configuration of any ShadowStrikes EA, and no trading system, can guarantee profit or remove drawdown. What we can state precisely is the mechanism: how layers are added, when baskets close, and when the protection closes everything.

Do I need a VPS?

Yes. The EA only works while MetaTrader 5 is running, so it needs a VPS that stays online 24/7. Any basic Windows VPS works.

Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan licenses a demo account with no payment required, so you can watch the EA run before paying anything.

Is there a refund if the EA doesn't meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

No. Licenses are prepaid for a fixed period and are not refunded — which is exactly why the Free plan exists. Run the EA on demo for 30 days, watch how it actually behaves, and only pay once you have seen enough. Don't buy a paid plan to learn what the demo shows for free.

How can I pay?

QRIS, PayPal, or credit/debit card — pick whichever is easiest at checkout. Buyers in Indonesia usually use QRIS; international buyers use PayPal or a card.

Is there automatic billing?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and nothing is charged automatically. If you enable auto-renew, it draws only from your wallet balance — never from a card.

Can I stop the EA without logging into my VPS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every account in your dashboard has an Allow Trading switch. Turn it off and the EA stops opening new positions on its next check-in, usually within a minute. Open baskets are not abandoned — they keep trailing, still close on profit, and the protection still watches them. Switch it back on and it resumes.

What if the license server is briefly unreachable?

Nothing stops. If a license check fails, the EA keeps running on its last good check for a grace period — so a dropped connection never leaves your open trades unmanaged. Only a license the server actually rejects will stop it.

Demo vs real account slots?

Accepted Answer

A demo slot licenses a MetaTrader practice account, with no real funds at risk. A real slot licenses a real account. Each plan gives you a set number of each, managed from your dashboard.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and the eligible unused value of your current plan is applied to the upgrade automatically. Downgrades are not supported.

Yes — every paid plan supports extra Real Account slots. Add them anytime and you only pay for the remaining period of your current plan.

What happens when my plan expires?

The license goes inactive and the EA stops validating — nothing is deleted. Your account, history and settings remain, and everything resumes when you renew.
